  • Checkout your order – you will receive a confirmation email from us within 1 hour.

Questions and problems?

  • No account yet? – Then you create this when ordering. Unfortunately, our employees cannot place an order for you.
  • Problem while ordering? – Please delete your cookies and try again.
  • Didn't receive a confirmation email? – Is your order not listed under 'Orders' in your account? And you ordered more than 1 hour ago? Please contact customer service. If your order is not successful, we will automatically refund you.
  • Item has disappeared from the shopping cart? – Do not switch from NL to BE while ordering, as articles may be removed because they are not available in that country.

Received the wrong item? 

  • Register the item that you actually ordered, but did not receive, as a return.
  • Send the item you have not ordered.
  • Order the correct item yourself (again), then you will receive it the fastest.
  • Do you not agree with the above explanation? Then contact us.

Nice to know:

  • We aim to deliver all items at once. However, it is possible that the order is delivered in several deliveries.
  • The items from a bulk order are delivered to one address. It is not possible to have a bulk order packed separately.
  • If the order contains several copies of one item, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. The indicated delivery time on the website applies to an order of one copy. Request a quote without obligation for more information about the delivery time.
  • The discount is not valid on assortment of external sellers.
  • When the desired items fall within a promotion on the website, the most favorable discount is automatically granted.
  • The discount is calculated per title, the total number does not count.
  • No rights can be derived from the above discount guidelines. No discount can be processed afterwards for orders already placed.

Shipping days:

  1. Our shipping days are currently Monday to Friday.
  2. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, but you can order. The order will then be sent by us on Monday.
